FAQ

The price for bed & breakfast is related to the room or per person? 
The rate is for the room an not per person. 

at what time is available room / apartment and at what time should I leave it free? 
The room is available from 12.00 on the day of arrival and it must be free before 10.00 on the day of departure. The apartment is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and it must be free at 10.00 am on the day of departure.

How do I book my stay at your hotel? 
Just contact us by phone, by fax or by mail requesting availability. To reserve you can send us a fax o e-mail confirmation showing your credit card (type, number, expiration date), duly signed.  

Can I pay by credit card? 
Of course and we accept all credit cards .

Accept Checks? 
Sorry we don’t accept cheques.

Why there’s the single supplement? 
The single rooms have a higher charge extra because of the difference in the construction of a room with two beds is minimal compared to the realization of a double room (f.e. the same bathroom, closet, desk, chair, curtains etc ....). It follows therefore that the supplement is used only to pay the amortization of the cost of construction of a single room than the room. 

Can I bring with me the dog or cat? 
We do not accept animals.

Can I cook food for my child to being weaned? 
Following the Dlg 155/99 also known as HACCP, you can’t cook meals for themselves at public facilities (bar, restaurants, hotels, etc..). Our staff will prepare meals for your baby following your suggestions. 

Can I bring a fridge in the room from a hole or camping field or electric? 
In the Italian hotels is strictly forbidden to eat or prepare foods and beverages that are not from the hotel. This is to ensure total confidentiality and hygiene of the customer in case of fire. 

How is the change of the linen of the room? 
The change of linen is regulated by the Law of hotel classification. In a 3-star hotel, the sheets and pillowcases are changed twice a week, while towels are changed every day. However, we recommend to our clients in order to avoid unnecessary wastage of water, detergent and energy to put into the sink just dirty towels that must be brought to the laundry before you leave the room for the reorganization. Please note that all bed linen, towels and, after being washed is thoroughly disinfected with products HENKEL - Ecolab as required for hospitals and retirement homes. 

How can I get to Venice without the car? 
Sottomarina of Chioggia is a great base for your excursions. You can reach Venice by bus lines, service and tourist motorboat service barge line. With the service barge line you can also buy a day pass that allows you to to go and to come back and use of all of Venice vaporetti. 

Which kind  of excursions you suggest to me’
The excursions we usually recommend to our clients are around the lagoon of Lusenzo Venice Islands (Murano, Burano and Torcello), Pellestrina Island, WWF wildlife downstream (downstream Averto), Parco del delta del Po villa on the Riviera del Brenta, Colli Euganei and its spa, Padova.

Breakfast is a buffet? 
Yes, it’s a breakfast- buffet.

Should I pay to use the safe?  
By law, hotel must ensure security of valuable items brought with him from his guests. Custody of cash or valuable by the secretariat are free. 

Beach and swimming pool facilities are included the day of departure? 
Sorry they aren’t.

Can I bring my friends in my hotel room? 
It is prohibited by law, this to ensure the security and peace of other guests. Guests can take their friends and relatives in the public areas of the hotel and in the dining room to eat meals with them. 

Should I pay my extras directly or you can put them on my bill?
It’s better for us to put them on your bill.

With the room I can book the place of my beach- umbrella at the beach? 
Sorry but it’s not possible.

Is the place at the table at the restaurant fixed or it will be assigned from time to time for each service?  
After arrival we’ll show you table that remains fixed for the duration of your stay.

Will I be at the table alone or with some other guests?
Each room has a table.

Can I send and / or receive a fax? 
Sure , receptionists will be at your disposal to revise or sending faxes which account will be debited for the cost of a normal phone call.
